One of my best friends from school, Helen and my then girlfriend, Sam (they were flatmates at Oxford) had decided to go to S.America for 6 months.
There was no way I could join them for 6 months so I, and another of their flatmates -Heather, travelled out to Bolivia and Peru for 3 weeks.
'Meet you at 12 in La Paz bus station' was the arrangement and in a bizzarely Palin-esque way we made it, after 2 solid days of travelling we were only 4 hours late. Not bad eh ?.
Yes I know these pics are ancient, but they've been under my bed at my parents' house for the past 7 years -and they are quite good.
